The Tempo Shell Pants are the perfect companion to the Kilimanjaro ’19 Shell Jacket. They are manufactured to the same rigorous standards and specifications, guaranteeing to do the job they are designed for.
They come in three-layer durable nylon, with fully taped seams. Waterproof to 15,000 millimetre, vapour permeable up to 15,000 g/m2, and 100% windproof.
The pants have full length zips down the sides (operational from either end), which are Velcro sealed down the entire length, so can be donned easily over thick trousers, and without removing your boots. It also has a crotch gusset and engineered articulation around the knees for added comfort and freedom of movement.
The bottoms of the legs have clips to attach to your boot laces, which keeps the pants from riding up your legs, and the bottom insides of the legs are reinforced with a cordura layer to protect against boot scuffing and also possible crampon tip snagging.
The waist band fits comfortably but loosely around the waist, and has belt loops to facilitate a belt adjustable system.
The Tempo pants are suitable for extreme conditions, but are also light and comfortable enough to use in milder weather.
